Pune: A 22-year-old man taking his defense exams (Classes III and IV) was arrested on Sunday for possessing an electronic device. The Yerawada Police Department has filed a case against the accused, who has been identified as Aman Rameshwaram Singh, a native of Haryana.
During an interrogation in the hall of the Khadki sports complex, the accused was found with an electronic device taped to his chest, police said.
Vishal Patil, Deputy Inspector of Yerawada Police Station, said: We requested that the accused be held in police custody until October 15th. ”
Defendants have been sued for Section 420 (Cheating and Cheating), Section 468 (Forgery with intent to cheat) and for cheating of certain exams of Maharashtra University, Council and others issued in 1982. Charged under other relevant sections on prevention.
