West Haven, Connecticut — The city hosts recycling workshops to educate the public about what goes in a blue bin and what doesn’t.
The What’s In, What’s Out workshop will take place on Thursday, January 19, from 7-8pm in the Harriet C. North Community Room, 2nd Floor, City Hall (355 Main Street).
Guest speaker is Cheryl Baldwin, State Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. Baldwin, who has been with DEEP since 2008, has been involved in sustainable materials management for over 30 years.
All-ages workshops focus on recycling education and include a Q&A session.
