Waste Harmonics, a technology-enabled national managed waste services provider, welcomes two new employees to its team. Anthony “AJ” Diienno, Vice President of Recycled Materials, and Melissa Modica, Director of Business Development and Sustainability. Diienno and Modica will help the company continue to grow its sustainability, recycling and business development initiatives.
In his new role, Diienno will bring his knowledge and more than 10 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry to provide current and future Waste Harmonics customers with the best possible solutions for their needs to improve their green initiatives and reduce their annual emissions. We offer a truly comprehensive waste and recycling program. Wasteful. From 2013 until 2022, Diienno worked for RWS Recycling & Waste Solutions.
Diienno attended Neumann College and currently lives in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania.
Modica brings over 13 years of experience and long-standing partnerships to her new role, helping Waste Harmonics’ customers achieve their sustainability goals through the company’s technology and innovative solutions. Previously, Modica worked for Insignia Waste Holdings from 2020 until she was 2022, DRM Waste Management from 2018 until she was 2020, and RiverRoad Waste Solutions from 2009 until she was 2018.
Modica graduated from Ocean County College and is LEED GA certified. She currently lives in Barnegat Township, New Jersey.
