Vivaria Ecologics LLC proposed building a food waste recycling facility on Blau Road in Mansfield Township to collect food waste from restaurants and shops and turn it into compost.
Vivaria representatives announced the traffic study at the Warren County Solid Waste Advisory Committee meeting on Thursday.
