As a reminder, starting Tuesday, November 1st, Mankato’s Household Garbage and Recycling Pickup Service will be rescheduled. 4 days pick up. These changes were made by the city’s waste hauler, West Central Sanitation, to keep costs down. Service is offered Tuesday through Friday, with pickup beginning at 4:00 AM. Carts may be set up after 6pm the night before and residents are encouraged to do so. This will avoid disruption of service when the new schedule is implemented.
Guests on Monday, October 31st will pick up trash twice this week.
