The Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Technology Recyclers, Cummins, Inc., and the Jackson County Solid Waste Management District are hosting a free electronics recycling collection event at 847 E. Fourth Street Road, Seymour, Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. We are hosting.

The event is open to the public and helps keep hazardous waste found in electronics from ending up in landfills. Unnecessary electronics can be dropped off with a drive-up or walk-up free of charge.

For contactless delivery, stay in your vehicle and Technology Recyclers staff will unload your unwanted electronics. Acceptable e-waste includes televisions, cables and wires, mobile phones, computer towers and monitors, printers, and more. For a complete list of accepted e-waste please visit in.gov/idem/files/featured_20221019_ecycle_event.pdf.
