The Franchise Rockstar Awards recognize franchisees who are outstanding leaders, brand ambassadors and mentors. Winners will also be featured in the publication’s annual Franchise Rock Star Report.

Will Sullivan has led Columbia College HUNKS since opening in September 2021. Under his leadership, Columbia College HUNKS earned him 1,500 room junk removal jobs in two separate apartment complexes. This one job made him $80,000. The work successfully recycled over 50 tons of metal and donated hundreds of pieces of furniture to various local organizations.
Sullivan also aims to develop leaders accordingly, promoting operations manager Dillon Smith and office administrator Chance Guerra.

Prior to joining College HUNKS, he worked for a wealth management firm. Growing up, he was always looking for ways to make money, doing a variety of side jobs, from lawn care to mobile car detailing. In high school, he started a mobile device and computer repair company called The Tech Doc. Through trial and error, he learned how to run a small business and manage different aspects of business ownership. He closed his repair company to attend Clemson University, graduating cum laude in 2019. “My parents are both self-employed and instilled in me and my brother the value of hard work. I was lucky to have such a supportive role model growing up. I hope to play a similar role for other young professionals in creating their own career paths after College Hunks.”
