When you first arrive on Coral Island, not only is the house a bit of a mess, but the fields are littered with trees, rocks, weeds and garbage. If you’ve played games like Stardew Valley or Story of Seasons, you’re familiar with the start of games like this, where you can quickly clear a field and start planting crops. However, garbage is new because it cannot be picked up. So how can you get rid of the trash that is scattered all over Coral Island, not just your own field?
How to dispose of trash on Coral Island
To clear Coral Island’s trash, you’ll need to use the scythe you got at the beginning of the game. Two swipes are required to remove debris from the land. Most of the time you will receive garbage debris. However, if you’re lucky, you can get useful resources out of these junk piles.
While playing the game, I was able to acquire safes, glass, scrap, and sap items. His 3 items in the latter are useful for crafting items. Even the trash you get can be used to make temporary items such as signs and passageways, but it doesn’t look as good.If there’s more trash than treasure, recycle it. Recycling it gives you resources. Selling trash gives you 1 gold, so it has no value.
The best item to come out of the Trash is the safe. A safe is a treasure chest that you can put valuable items in. It can be processed at a blacksmith for 20 coins. I was able to get items such as a stone hatchet and 5 pieces of silver kelp, the latter of which can be used for upgrades. So keep your expectations in check when handling your coffers.
We don’t just remove trash from the island. After unlocking the ability to dive underwater, you will be asked to clean up the ocean.
