Now that the election is over, can we all get along?
For weeks, or perhaps months, political attack ads on television have warned of the dangers of voting for candidates who oppose the person running the ad.
Therefore, it is a liar. That accusation should make you wonder what else he’s lying about?
This or that is taking a dangerous stance on the issue. Will her vote destroy our country?
Other candidates are very likely to be ignorant, inexperienced, unreliable, incapable of doing the job, controlled by a political party, or possessed by the devil. can you trust me to
When I tried to search online for offensive advertisements that I had heard of but had never seen because I had been placed in a different state, I was unable to view them on my computer because they were clearly too offensive.

Why did a person running for public office suddenly become an enemy of the people?
fill a big gap
In fact, it’s not that someone is running for office that offends us. That is they disagree with us.
And if they go against us, they must be wrong. The level at which they disagree with us and the number of times the ad reminds us of it causes more and more of our anger.
Still, I’m not sure if the attack ads make us more angry, or just reflect what this deeply divided country already has.
According to one media report, more than $6 billion was spent on political advertising for the campaign.
I think I saw about 1 billion of them. I began to wonder more and more why candidates wanted to run for public office. It also questioned the motives and mindset of people on both sides of the vote.
Would any reasonable person want to participate in politics knowing that he would be attacked professionally and personally? Sitting at the extremes of the range?
Indeed, rather than destroying democracy as we know it, the rational There are candidates
But you couldn’t tell that from the many political ads in recent weeks. It was an ad focused on voting in elections or fending off someone who was dangerous or wholly evil in some way.
They made it seem like our country was doomed – we got one bad vote from destroying democracy.
finally it’s all over
I would have never thought I would be able to wake up the morning after Election Day with such a sense of relief as the demise of our political system seems to throw it off balance.
What I heard was more than gentle comfort.
This is an ad for a kitchen and bath remodel. Advertisement for a furniture store. Opportunity for junk removal services. Opportunity to replace window. Clothing store sales. car sales transaction. carpet cleaning. Selection of new flooring. Phone plan options. Promise of a law firm. University offer. Financial institution program. Good, I was able to replace the gutter.
Even advertisements for hospitals and medicines for potentially deadly or debilitating illnesses were strangely reassuring. Somehow it’s better than worrying about the country falling off the collective wheel if you vote for a candidate you don’t recommend.
My planet has returned to its correct orbit.
I have to go now I saw an urgent and interesting advertisement about a life insurance plan on TV.
