I don’t understand the mindset of people who tolerate throwing garbage on the street.

I live on the Panorama Ridge side of the North Delta.
On December 31st, I was walking from my home along Scott Road to 72nd Street. I was surprised to find that the Delta side of Scott Road has a litter amount and the Surrey side has zero. I really hated the trash around the bus stop near McDonald’s at 70 & Scott.
Surrey seems to maintain this corridor more effectively than Delta. That said, I don’t understand the idea that it’s okay to litter on the street. There are enough trash cans to deposit your junk!
