    PLATTSMOUTH – Don’t forget.

The 2022 City of Plattsmouth Fall Cleanup will be held this Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 6pm.

It will be held at a different location this year.

The new location will be at the east end of Main Street, above the railroad tracks, east of the city’s wastewater treatment plant. Signs will be posted directing people to the site.

This annual event is open to all Plattsmouth residents and property owners. Proof of residence is required.

Residents who have junk, old furniture, mattresses, carpets, or other unwanted items that are too large for regular trash collection can place those items in the landfill’s four large containers.

Separate your metals from other junk, as they should be in a separate pile.
