Unlike the Ostron Prisoners, the Grineer Genestamps have several different locations, but only five actually contain Genestamps. This means that the same genstamps may not spawn consecutively, so each time you look for and run for these genestamps it will be different. You can find any location with the Genestamp by finding Grineer corpses scattered around the mission, but if you get close enough, the Genestump will mark it on her HUD.

Genestamp location in Carl’s Junk Run mission warframe
Location 1: First Room
Genestamp’s first spawn location is the room where Kahl spawns. Before opening the door, look around you to your left and find this Grineer at the top of the stairs.
Location 2: Second Room
After opening the first barrier and finding the first Deacon, head inside the cabin at the control panel. When Deacon is out of sight, turn left as usual, but be careful as his Grineer Genestamp can spawn right next to the stack in the box on the left.
Locations 3 and 4: Room with Deacon and Ark Mine
This area has several chances of spawning Genestamps. One he finds in the hallway by the Ostron Prisoner, and another in a tree that leads to another room within this area. Grab the one in the tree and follow the hallway right next to it to increase the spawn of Genestamps.
Locations 5 and 6: Rooms within the Deacon Room
From the tree, continue following the path to the nearby tunnel to find another room. Then go left (if you have your back to the Grineer soldiers) until you find a dead end that leads to a small hallway. There’s a Grineer body there, possibly another Genestamp.
Location 7: After the barrier in the Deacon Room
Once you’re done looking for the rest of the Genestumps, unlock the barrier in the room with the two Deacons and find the Grineer corpse on the other side.
Location 8: Room with thumper parts
After picking up the Hellion Pack (Jetpack), the game will show a green indicator showing the thumper parts you need to pick up. Once you’re in front of the console you need to empty the pump, look behind you and look for dead Grineer on the ledge for a chance to earn a Genestamp.
Location 9: In the room with the waterfall
Backtrack and hug to the right before opening the barrier leading to a small bridge to find a room with a small waterfall and a few Sentient enemies. Look behind the stairs to the left of this Grineer room just below the Ostron Prisoner.
Location 10: In the room with the crane
After unlocking the first bridge, look for the room with the crane before reaching the next objective. Just before unlocking the first bridge, but before retrieving the recovered Kuva Ayanga, it should be to the right of the large room.
Location 11: Left side of the Great Suspension Bridge
After picking up Ayanga, Daughter tells you to cross the bridge. Instead, take the long path to the left and climb the stairs and ledges to find this Grineer corpse (and possibly Genestamp).
Location 12: By the waterfall before the boss battle
After picking up the Ayanga and surprising Thumper, don’t enter the boss room just yet. Instead, follow the objective until you approach the tunnel leading to the boss room, then go to the right to find a large waterfall.
If you still can’t find it, it’s been reported that there’s a Grineer corpse to the right of the boss room, but the exact location is unknown.
