“The girl who lived downstairs decided to move to another unit because of that. I’ve done everything I can to avoid it: I’ve bought thick foam slippers, reduced my vacuuming to once a week, and bought a small handheld vacuum instead of using an expensive Roomba. I have no one at home so I check to see if she is home before I do anything.I have had recurring panic attacks that have kept me at the last minute at home and I have been threatened by the management company to sue for discrimination and I have not done anything. No. I haven’t had any complaints from anyone in 12 years, and I know I didn’t do anything to deserve that kind of reaction.”
