    new business &

    Continuation of old business:

    1) All YES votes approved to remove porta toilets used in playgrounds/parks.

    2) Garbage bins will be removed for village cleaning effective from 1 October 2022. All voted in favor.

    3) I was concerned that my keys were not returned after I resigned from an executive or employee position. A new lock may need to be placed in the dump gate. The board will discuss the issue of people who should not use the dump with the dump’s caretaker, Bruce Bowman.

    4) Jim Ferris is concerned about past billing issues, needs attorney information, and wants a copy of the Village Ordinance to be easily available or orderable by the public. I’m here. There was also concern that some roads would require more maintenance.

    5) Kent Hart asked for beer garden permission for his wedding on October 8, and all voted in favor.

Note: If you have an issue with village policy, you must include a signature on all letters or correspondence forms so that the board is aware of the issue/concern. Thank you!

Motion by Sawyer, second motion to adjourn by Engelbart.
