ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – With spring and summer approaching, people around Albuquerque may be planning home renovation projects. Patricia Pantoja, owner of Redbox Plus Albuquerque, has some tips on what not to throw in the trash when remodeling your home this spring.
Redbox Plus offers commercial and residential dumper rentals. Pantoja says an average of nine trucks load a 30-yard dumpster. Most things can be thrown in the trash. Items containing chemicals such as paints and batteries cannot be thrown away. Large electrical appliances such as refrigerators, tires and mattresses cannot be thrown in the trash.
