A powerful tropical storm brought flooding rains to the Philippines and Taiwan over the weekend. Forecasters from AccuWeather said some areas recorded a staggering amount of rain in excess of several feet. Nesat, classified as a severe tropical storm at the time, was tracked from the Philippine Sea to the South China Sea.
