Residents of Brevard, Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Flagler, Hardy, Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Monroe, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, St. John’s, Sarasota, Seminoles, and Volusia County, which lost access to water from private wells or damaged septic tank systems as a result of Hurricane Ian, may be eligible for FEMA assistance.
