Edgeley grain elevator still burning, 4 days later

EDGELY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Four days later, a grain elevator fire in Edgley, N.D. is still burning. I got a call about 6:40pm on Friday, November 11th.

On Tuesday, Nov. 15, fire and cleanup crews told Valley News Live that structures were still smoldering in parts of the CHS Grain Elevator and found small fires as they began loading burnt wheat and debris. said.

CHS president Tom Ryan said the company is working to keep customers informed of facility availability.

Authorities say they have not yet announced the cause of the fire or the cost. No injuries have been reported.
